Fabricated to Your Drawings

Besides fencing, we fabricate steel structures to your drawings, including V cross arms and DPT (double-pole transformer) structures for overhead power lines. We work from MS angles, channels, flats and plates, cutting, punching, bending, welding and finishing each piece, and hot-dip galvanize it for long outdoor life. Our Process

STEP 01

Cutting

Angles, channels and flats cut to size.

STEP 02

Punching

Holes punched on a power press.

STEP 03

Bending

Sections bent to the drawing.

STEP 04

Welding

Joints welded and assembled.

STEP 05

Finishing

Grinding and cleaning of welds and edges.

STEP 06

Galvanizing

Hot-dip galvanizing, or painting where specified.
